ABOUT THE CENTER
The center is the product of a public-private collaboration involving the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, the Judicial Council of the Ninth Circuit, and the Sacramento Federal Judicial Library and Learning Center Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that engages in fund-raising and other activities. The center is administered by professional staff and an advisory committee provides oversight.
